Senior Night Care and Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours a week | 3 Night Shifts a week
Pay Rate: £34, 043 per annum / £17.45 per hour
Location: St. Joseph's Blundell Avenue, Freshfield, Formby, Liverpool, L37 1PH

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 12 months experience working in a comparable role
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Someone that shares our vision for everyone to live life to the full, with their dignity respected, their independence supported, and uniqueness valued.
- A high standard of both written and spoken communication
- A good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Frances Taylor Foundation does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to work will be required at the interview stage.

About the Role:
As a Senior Night Care and Support Worker, you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:
- Administering medication to up to 36 service users in accordance with care plans and safety procedures
- Acting as the primary point of contact in emergency situations during the absence of the Night Team Leader
- Working collaboratively with the Night Team Leader and Senior Care and Support Workers to promote high standards of practice that support the social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of residents
- Supervising and oversee a team of Care and Support Workers throughout the night, reporting any staff management issues to the Night Team Leader while also providing hands-on support

St. Joseph's Home specialises in supporting people with profound and multiple learning disabilities who have complex health care needs. Our facility features beautiful, secure grounds, and three sensory rooms with state-of-the-art multi-sensory equipment.
