Located in a central location with easy access to local amenities and transport links, Marina creates a safe, fun, and supportive environment where residents can develop social and life skills to gain greater independence. Residents play an active role in the day-to-day running of the service, and care plans are developed collaboratively to ensure their input and preferences are considered. The service embraces a collaborative approach, involving residents in the creation of important documents like person-centred plans and care support plans, ensuring they are accessible and easy to understand.
