Senior Care and Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour | £15.96 per hour with NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Location: St. Raphaels, 6 - 8 The Butts, Brentford, TW8 8BL

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 12 months experience working in a comparable role
- A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a willingness to gain Level 3.
- Someone that shares our vision for everyone to live life to the full, with their dignity respected, their independence supported, and uniqueness valued.
- A high standard of both written and spoken communication
- A good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Frances Taylor Foundation does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to work will be required at the interview stage.

About the Role:
As a Senior Care and Support Worker, you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:
- Ensure person-centred care that reflects individuals’ needs and preferences, maintains a homely environment, and includes monthly care plan reviews.
- Administering medication to service users in accordance with care plans and safety procedures.
- Supervising and overseeing a team of Care and Support Workers, reporting any staff management issues to the Manager while also providing hands-on support.
- Preparing clearly written, precise and structured reports for Annual Review meetings, key working sessions and undertake audits.
