Job Role: Female Waking Night Support Worker

Hours: 35 hours a week

Shifts: 10:00pm - 8:00am

Pay Rate: £15.73 or £15.96 with an NVQ Level 3!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience of working with vulnerable people.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others.
  • An understanding of safeguarding adults and relevant health and safety legislation
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Frances Taylor Foundation does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to Work will be required at the interview stage.

About the Role:

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:

  • Assisting both male and female residents with personal care and medication administration.
  • Providing companionship and support during the night.
  • Conducting night checks to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.
  • Undertaking cleaning duties around the home.

About Liverpool Adult Services

Liverpool Adult Services is a Supported Living service providing community care and support to people with a learning disability, physical disability, autistic tendencies and dementia. We support people to develop and maintain skills so that they may be as independent as possible. We support about 40 individuals in their own homes – a variety of shared and self-contained housing across the city of Liverpool. Each person is a tenant, whether in a shared property or an individual flat. We offer 24-hour support, with the level of support depending upon a needs assessment of each individual. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) rated Marina "Good" , reflecting the service's commitment to quality care and person-centred support.
