What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a busy administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher applications and email systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and empathetic Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for everyone entering our home or calling us. You will balance a welcoming front-of-house presence with vital administrative support to keep our home running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front of House: Welcome visitors, sign guests in, and answer phone calls warmly.
- Inquiries: Direct calls and handle initial inquiries from prospective families or healthcare professionals.
- Staff Support: Update staff training records and assist with onboarding paperwork.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate resident archives and physical records securely.
- Supplies: Monitor stock levels and order office stationery.
About St. Josephs Care Home:
St. Joseph's Home specialises in supporting people with profound and multiple learning disabilities who have complex health care needs. Our facility features beautiful, secure grounds, and three sensory rooms with state-of-the-art multi-sensory equipment.
