Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £10.53 - £10.95 per hour
Location: St Mary’s, Roehampton, SW15

About the role:
Being a Senior Care and Support Worker, you will:
Work with the Team Leader and any other Senior Care and Support Worker(s) in promoting high standards of practice conductive to meeting the social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of the people living in the home. To supervise, and oversee the work of, part of the team of Care and Support Workers, reporting any staff management issues to the Team Leader. In addition to providing hands on support.

To be considered for the role of Senior Care and Support Worker, we will expect you to have previously worked within a similar environment, and that you hold your NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
