About the role:
Being a Senior Care and Support Worker, you will:
Assist the Service Manager to ensure through the team, an efficient, high quality individualised service is provided to the people who use the service, meeting their individual needs whilst maximising independence and choice and respecting privacy and dignity. In addition to providing hands on support.

St. Mary’s Home accommodates 40 people with Learning Disabilities. St Mary’s provide a holistic approach to support people to live a happy and fulfilling life, in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We endeavour to help people achieve whatever wishes and aspirations they may have, with the support and encouragement from a dedicated staff team. Happiness and wellbeing are paramount. We treat everyone as an individual, and aim to provide person centred care and support.
To be considered for the role of Senior Care and Support Worker, we will expect you to have previously worked within a similar environment, and that you hold your NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
