Being a Care and Support Worker, you will:
- Support individuals with Learning Disabilities;
- Encourage the people we support to reach their full potential;
- Maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of our service users;

About the service:
The Streatham Services comprise two registered care homes for people with learning disabilities, each able to accommodate eight people.
The houses are close to each other, in Tooting Bec Gardens and Woodbourne Avenue. The houses are close to Streatham High Road which has all the necessary amenities for modern living and our service users are very familiar and make good use of all the facilities available for example; restaurants, cinema, swimming pool etc.
We do ask that you have previous experience in a health care setting. Our great training, development, and support, means that you will have full support throughout your career with us!
