Hours: FTC 3 Months - Full time 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £24,209 per annum / £12.60 per hour

About the role:
Being a Team Leader, you will:
Work with the Service Manager and any other Senior Care and Support Worker(s) in promoting high standards of practice conductive to meeting the social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of the people living in the home. To supervise, and oversee the work of, part of the team of Care and Support Workers, reporting any staff management issues to the Service Manager. In addition to providing hands on support.
About the service:
The Streatham Services comprise two registered care homes for people with learning disabilities, each able to accommodate eight people.
The houses are close to each other, in Tooting Bec Gardens and Woodbourne Avenue. The houses are close to Streatham High Road which has all the necessary amenities for modern living and our service users are very familiar and make good use of all the facilities available for example; restaurants, cinema, swimming pool etc.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to have hold a minimum NVQ level 3, and have previous experience in a healthcare background. We provided great training, development and support to provide you with all the skills you will need to develop a career with us.
