Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate: £11.71 per hour

Location: St Raphaels, Brentford TW8

About service:

St. Raphaels Home offers accommodation, care and support to 21 people with learning disabilities with staff support for personal care throughout the day, and a member of staff sleeping-in at night. The accommodation is provided between two buildings located adjacent to each other.


About you:

With the requirements of this role in mind, experience within a similar environment is essential and also an NVQ Level 2 with willingness to work towards Level 3.

     We also ask for, is that you share our vision that everyone should live life to the full.


As a care and support worker you will:

             *                 Support individuals with Learning Disabilities              

             *                 Provide personal care

             *                 Encourage the people we support to reach their full potential

             *                 Be creative and resourceful

             *                 Maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of our service users

             *                 Administer medication,

             *                 Act as a mentor to more junior member of staff

             *                 Carry out assessments



You will need to be flexible on a rota basis, including some weekends.

| Early shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm | Late shift: 1:30pm – 9:30pm | Long Day: 7:00am – 9:00pm |

| Waking nights (when required): 9:15pm – 07:30am |
