About the role:

Being a Care and Support Worker, you will:

·         Support individuals with Learning Disabilities;

·         Encourage the people we support to reach their full potential;

·         Maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of our service users;

·         Be creative and resourceful, being able to think outside the box;

·         Have a genuine passion for helping others.


About the service:


St. Mary’s Home accommodates 40 people with Learning Disabilities. St Mary’s provide a holistic approach to support people to live a happy and fulfilling life, in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We endeavour to help people achieve whatever wishes and aspirations they may have, with the support and encouragement from a dedicated staff team. Happiness and wellbeing are paramount. We treat everyone as an individual, and aim to provide person centred care and support.
